| We have added secondary insulation around our freezer. We have used a recycled freezer truck door for some of this and Celotex type insulation to the back (under the heat exchanger). This must be done with great care not to damage the heat exchanger in the process. We hope to save about one third of the freezer electricity use by this secondary insulation. | |
